That suits some travellers. It does not suit the person with one free day in Kuala Lumpur, and that person has been badly served for years. They land on a package catalogue and have to work out for themselves whether the one-day version even exists. It does exist. We have been running it out of Kuala Lumpur for years, and this site is built entirely around it. Every page here answers a day-tripper's question: how the fourteen hours break down, what runs in monsoon months, what the river looks like when levels drop, and what the whole thing costs if you skip us and do it yourself. ## What we tell you that others don't A day trip is roughly 7 hours of travel for about 6 hours in the park. We publish that number on the homepage because it is the single most useful fact for deciding, and burying it would only produce disappointed customers who leave honest reviews saying so. The same goes for the river. Rapid shooting and the Lata Berkoh boat depend on water levels on the day, and in monsoon months they can be suspended entirely. We tell you before you travel, and if the Lata Berkoh boat cannot run we refund RM 100 per person. Wildlife we never promise at all, because this is a working rainforest, not a safari park. And if the honest answer is that one day is not enough for what you want, we say so and point you to WhatsApp rather than selling you a day that will disappoint you. We own the vehicles, we employ the driver-guides, and the licensed nature guides who lead the trek are hired directly. When you book here you are booking with the operator, not a reseller who hands you to a partner you have never heard of. We do not duplicate them here. ## What we are not Not the official website of Taman Negara National Park. The park is managed by PERHILITAN; we are a licensed tour operator running trips to it from Kuala Lumpur. If you need permits, regulations or official park status, PERHILITAN is the authority, not us. We buy your entry and camera permits on your behalf as part of the tour, and that is the extent of our role.
